Where the Consumer Protection Act, No. 68 of 2008 ("CPA") applies to you, Kappertjie's policy in this regard will comply with the requirements of the CPA in relation to exchanges, returns and refunds.

Exchanges, returns and refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products and the fact that they are intended for everyday consumption, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing it. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can address it promptly.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via email (hello@kappertjie.co.za)  if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the situation and take the necessary steps to address and resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
